These cars are staff cars that can only be used by people on the staff team. If you are caught using them while not on the staff team, you will be banned for exploiting. If a developer is caught giving perms for staff cars they will be blacklisted for giving out whitelisted cars! The Emergency Lighting System (ELS) color is green, cyan and purple. The purple is for the traffic advisors.
